Historical sensation!

ZFKM.jpg

This card for Roland Halbritter went to the postbox. May be, the history of mail art must be rewritten.

Artist booklet arrived

Roland send me his artist booklet on the “ART CARRÉE” project. Looks great and shows interesting variations. Thank you very much!

Lust-Waffe

Detail of the mail art card LUST-Waffe

Today I sent cards to Roland and to WeimArt, answering the LUST call. As usual you see just a detail as long as the cards are on there way :-)

The season is opened

After such a long time I did two cards. Both going to Roland. This year I will try to protect my brain from mail art calls for they are narrowing my thinking too much (but that is my fault, of course).

Mail from Roland!

Wohoooo, what a great card from Roland. Thanks a lot! Check his Bismarck-call.

(The card is not light blue, but shiny silver like a mirror)

Stamp help, please

My first stamp I ordered has a little problem: The rubber in the inside seems to be to high and so the stamp shows a gray / black field instead of a white. I wonder if I can cut away the rubber with a cutter knife. Or will the small border than be to instable? Thanks for any hint.

UPDATE: I got help from Jean and nordbaer and gave the stamp a 2nd chance, stamping with very little pressure: It seems when I use very soft paper and some more ink it works. But I also learned not to use too small fonts and too tiny lines :-)

Long Time No Mail

After such a long time being in a state of artistic zombieness I finished a card going out to Roland. Check his great Bismarck Mail Art Call.
